How much does a virtual media tour cost at Links Live Studio?
A virtual media tour at Links Live Studio starts at $2,500 CAD for a 10-hour day. That includes a 1-camera setup with teleprompter, live streaming, a DP for lighting, 2 PAs and a technician to run records.
What is a virtual media tour?
A virtual media tour (VMT) is a block of back-to-back live or recorded interviews where your spokesperson stays in one studio and broadcasters, podcasts and outlets connect remotely. It lets one person reach many outlets in a single day without travelling.
What’s included in a virtual media tour day?
A 1-camera setup with teleprompter, live streaming, lighting by a DP, two PAs and a technician running records. Backgrounds are the 100-inch screen or a black or white drape, and viewing and holding rooms are available on request.
Can outlets connect live?
Yes. Live streaming is included, so interviews can go out live to outlets and broadcasters, and every interview is also recorded.
Can we add a second camera or more crew?
Yes. Every studio package can be expanded with extra cameras, crew or space. If you also need in-person interviews on the same day, look at the press day package, which adds a second camera, remote guest capability and a media manager.
Is there space for the PR team and client?
Yes. A conference room and two private suites are available on request for your spokesperson, publicists and client viewing.
Where is the studio?
Links Live Studio is at 218 Queens Quay W in Toronto’s Harbourfront, less than a 15-minute walk from Union Station.
